Have you ever thought about hosting an International Exchange Student? The experience could be life changing.

I remember the first International Exchange Student I ever met was a boy named Sascha from Germany who stayed with my friends family our Junior Year of High School. It was really fun being around Sascha. He taught us how to say things in German, we tried different German foods, and we'd always chuckle when he didn't understand American lingo.

This picture is of a couple International Exchange students that my friend Kim is hosting. She says the experience has been incredible for her children.

CCI Greenheart is looking for loving families to take in International Exchange Students for the 2016-2017 school year. Students are between the ages of 15-18 and they already have the appropriate visa, medical insurance, and their own spending money. All that is needed is a loving safe home. You can have kids, be retired, or empty nesters. As long as you have a nice safe home you can host an exchange student.

Over 60 countries are represented through the program and they specifically match students with families who have the same interests. I think the best part of the program is the fact that it promotes global peace and understanding.

One of the students looking for a home is Pietro. Pietro is 16, from Italy, and he is very artistic. Pietro describes himself as open-minded and says he can fit into any situation.
