Here’s What Not To Do During A Polar Vortex

We are pretty blessed to be living in the like the only part of the country that is not getting hit with the Polar Vortex.  BUT some people are getting the thought it would be rad to see what would happen if they threw boiling water in the air.  Would it freeze? 

While this guy is a meteorologist so he has an idea of what he's doing.  Some other people haven't had the same luck.  Notice he throws it outward.  Some thought it would be good to throw the water straight up in the air.  Here's the thing with gravity.......and they are getting burned.
