Feeling a little down in the dumps, here's how you can be happier in 30 seconds!

Popsugar.com has some great advice if you find yourself in a bad mood!

1. Talk to a stranger! Research shows that simple social engagement such as smiling, making eye contact and having brief conversation can make you feel immediately more chipper!

2. Strike a powerful pose! Think Wonder Woman or trying-to-scare-a-bear! These poses can make you feel powerful and feeling powerful makes you feel good.

3. Lower your shoulders! Tension makes your shoulders raise towards your ears. If you lower them, you will instantly feel more relaxed.

4. Walk to the window and look into the light! Exposure to natural light during the day is crucial to keeping your body rhythms in sync and regulating sleep. If you don't have an office window, barge into someone else's.

5. Call a friend! Social connection is a key factor to emotional well being.

6. Do a silly dance! Act out happy movements! Skipping, jumping, or throwing your hands up in the air will make you feel happier.

7. Get off Facebook! (at least for right now)  Research has found that spending time on Facebook basically makes us feel like crap. It makes us feel bad about ourselves, our lives and just in general. So turn off notifications and take a quick social media hiatus.
