Caldwell parents can finally rest a little easier because a rumored "hit list" has been found to be false. Rumors were circling that students would be harmed at Vallivue High School on Friday and although officers were on hand at the school today to ensure safety, they found no validity in the rumor.

Gun permits are not required here in the state of Idaho, although no one under 18 can legally own a firearm.

Remember to keep guns locked up in a secure safe, educate your children about the dangers of guns, and don't keep them in any obvious place where they could be easily stolen.
