Gotta love this guy. The one, the only, the "Man, the Myth, the Legend" himself Mr. Trace Adkins is back with his latest track "Watered Down."  It's his first single off of his upcoming album "Something's Going On" which is set to be released on March 31st.

As Taste of Country notes, for Trace the song REALLY spoke to him. "When I heard this song I was like, ‘Well, that’s my current state in a nutshell; that’s where I’m at right now," says Adkins.

For Adkins, he says that the man in the song is living a very similar life to the one that he has.  "At some point, you face the reality that you have to temper your vices, you have to calm your ship down," Trace goes on to say, "and I’m still crazy, but I’m just going to temper it a little bit, and that’s what this song said."

The track list for the rest of Adkins' album looks like this:

1. "Ain't Just The Whiskey Talkin'"
2. "Jesus And Jones"
3. "Watered Down"
4. "Something's Going On"
5. "If Only You Were Lonely"
6. "Gonna Make You Miss Me"
7. "I'm Gone"
8. "Country Boy Problems"
9. "Lit"
10. "Still A Soldier"
11. "Whippoorwills And Freight Trains"
12. "Hang"

According to Rolling Stone, "Trace Adkins dilutes his demons with "Watered Down," the newest release from the singer's upcoming album Something's Going On. Like "Jesus and Jones," which kicked off the album's promo cycle early last year, "Watered Down" paints the picture of a hell-raiser who, after coming to terms with his middle age, learns to enjoy the high life at a slightly lower altitude."We still fly like gypsies, just a little closer to the ground," he sings in the chorus, mixing twang and tolerance in equal doses."
