Brrrr it is cold in the Treasure Valley. So what do you do when it's too cold to play outside? Here's some ideas!

We didn't even step foot outside yesterday because it was too cold!

Today we are going to Wahooz for a little bowling and arcade fun! I've never been before, so I'm excited to take the kiddos and see what it's all about.

Big Al's is another family favorite. My kids love the fun zone cards where they can rack up points at the arcade and then either use them or save them for later. They also have bowling at Big Al's and their food is great. We're big fans of the nachos.

Jump Time is also a great place to help get your kids' wiggles out. It's got tons of huge trampolines and a foam pit. They have two locations so it makes it easy whether you are closer to downtown or Meridian.

The Boise Aquarium is a great place to entertain kids of all ages, and although I haven't been yet, many say it's a must when visiting the Treasure Valley. We may hit it up later this week.

Idaho Stampede basketball games are also on our to do list this winter. Rick and I hosted the half-time and quarter events a couple weeks ago and we both agreed they put on quite a show.

Steelheads Hockey games are also a great event to enjoy with the family when it's too cold to enjoy the great outdoors. We haven't been yet, but I love a good hockey game, and I've heard they are really fun to watch.

The Nampa Rollerdrome is also a great place if you want to try your hand at a little rollerskating, and they are part of our seize the deal program, so you can get $50 worth of coupons right now for just $25!!

Don't let the cold keep you in this week, get out and have some fun in the Treasure Valley!!
