Fatal Motorcycle Crash In Eagle

Traffic was shut down last night at the intersection of Idaho 44 and South Edgewood Lane because of a bad motorcycle accident.

Investigation is under way by the Ada County Sheriff's Office.  The crash was reported just after 6 p.m.  A man was driving a motorcycle westbound on Idaho 44 and was hit by a vehicle turning north on Edgewood.  it appears that the driver of the vehicle failed to yield and unfortunately the man on the motorcycle did not make it.  His identity has not been released so that family can be notified first.
