Dozens of earthquakes, including a 5.3 magnitude quake in Southeast Idaho have hit the state.

Soda Springs was the epicenter Saturday night for the largest quake, although no injuries or major damage have been reported. Aftershocks were felt as far as Logan, Ogden, Salt Lake City, Draper, and Provo, Utah.

According to the Idaho Statesman, 4 other quakes hit Saturday night and were felt between Pocatello and Salt Lake City.

I've never been in an earthquake but they make me really nervous. I hate the fact that there is no warning and you have no idea how much damage they could do. Luckily in this case it wasn't worse and everyone is o.k. It's also a good reminder of how lucky we are that we haven't had any major natural disasters in the state. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Houston.
