Eagle Man Dies in Freeway Crash

Our thoughts and prayers are with the friends and family of 72-year-old William Potter of Eagle, Idaho who unfortunately has passed on after a deadly car crash on I-15 in the Pocatello area.

KTVB reports on details from the Idaho State Police.  Potter's Lexus 300 veered off the right shoulder sending him down an embankment which led to an accident that proved to be fatal for Potter.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities have no idea at this time of what could've caused this accident.  Theories include medical issues to not paying attention or falling asleep.  Regardless, it's tragic for a family who thought they'd have this man sitting around the barbeque today celebrating Memorial's Day with family and those he loved.  Words cannot express our condolences.
