Date Night in Boise

Need a little escape from the kiddos? There's lots to do on date night right here in the Treasure Valley.

1. We just discovered Powderhaus, a new brewery in Garden City with lots of yummy beer! They even told us that they have beers for those who typically hate beer and it's all made right here in Idaho! The cool thing about this place is it doesn't have a "bar" feel too it. Powderhaus has a much classier vibe and I love that you can bring your own food in from anywhere.

2. Sick of the same old dinner and a movie? Check out the Egyptian Theater and see a live performance instead. The Egyptian Theater is a historic landmark in downtown Boise and it's also home to Opera Idaho.

3. Get out of your shell and learn a little swing dancing with "Dirt Road Dancing!" Their instructors Troy and Aleece are awesome. Trust me, if they can get me to look good dancing, they can make anyone look good!
