Cell Phone Free Zone!

I don't know about you but having three kids (two of whom have cell phones) is becoming a nightmare.

I got the cell phone for them really for safety and to occasionally, and like a normal person, text or call someone.  Wow, I think I'm not alone when I say cell phones are TAKING OVER THE WORLD!  HELP! I  have recently instituted "Cell Phone Free Zones" to help us keep connecting as a family and as normal people without the interruption.  Do you have this rule?
