Can You Tell The Difference With An Organic Turkey?

You guys have been talking about Thanksgiving a lot…don’t you realize it’s still a couple weeks away?  You got my husband and I talking about it now too. We are cooking Thanksgiving dinner for everyone and his mother has requested an organic turkey.  Since we are cooking for about 10 people I don’t want to spend the money on the organic turkey.  I was thinking of just getting a butterball and telling her it was organic but my husband says his mom will know it’s not organic.  Is there really that big of a difference? 

Randy says you can absolutely tell the difference.  But what do you think?  Is organic better tasting?
