One of the Bronco superstars just got arrested and now his face is plastered all over the media, for what?  We don't even know if he was in the wrong.

David Moa has made 15 straight starts now for the Broncos which is tied for the most of current players.  He led the Broncos with 8.5 sacks last year and made the All-Mountain West 1st Team.  This is NOT the look he's been going for.

I have to say that while, yes, it's important to behave in public and especially when you're a public figure, this seems like a situation that's been blown out of proportion.

Saturday night into Sunday morning at 1:53 a.m. Moa got into an argument with another man at a club on the 100 block of south 6th street.  The two never came to blows.  The worst it got was some shouting and maybe a little pushing or nudging.  They were each arrested on charges of disturbing the peace which is a misdemeanor.

Now the reason I say this may be blown out of proportion is I know how idiotic people can act when having too much alcohol.  Hell I know how idiotic they can act with no alcohol.  I, myself have had to deal with situations where some jerk is trying to goad me into a fight while I was hosting an event at a club.  And it happens all the time.  I don't know who was the instigator here, I don't know if Moa had too much to drink, I don't know if he was drinking at all.  The truth is, I don't know!  So until I do, I'm going to give Moa the benefit of the doubt.  If a little shouting and pushing is all that went down, maybe that was Moa doing his best to calm down a situation that could've escalated to much, much more.  So let's all allow Moa, the Bronco football organization, and the authorities work this out.  He'll be fine and it's just not that big of a deal.  I hope to see Moa starting his 16th straight game this week against Virginia.
