BREAKING!! Standoff In Nampa

The Nampa Police Department are in the middle of a standoff.  

A domestic violence incident started this morning at a home near the intersection of Sugar Street and Spicewood Avenue.  Officers were called to this same home last night where they were able to get everyone to safety but unable to find the suspect.

The victim wanted a police escort to the home this morning where Nampa Police found the suspect who refuses to give himself up.  Sugar Street has been blocked off for the public's safety and so that officers can be effective with their tactics in trying to get the suspect to safely surrender.

The suspect's name hasn't been released yet but we'll keep you posted.
