We just had a party in Mountain Home to salute the troops! One man even walked away with a year's supply of free groceries! This is his inspiring story.

Marshall Davis of Boise has sacrificed a lot. He served our country well and was injured while serving overseas. Marshall's wife Melanie has paid a different price; taking care of the family's 10 children while her husband fought for our country. Today, Eckrich Meats and Albertsons showed their appreciation by giving the Davis family free groceries for an entire year! His response was heartwarming and a good reminder of why we should all be proud to be Americans.

The party didn't stop there, though. Eckrich Meats handed out hundreds of $25 grocery gift cards to Albertsons for military veterans or anyone currently serving in the military, everyone enjoyed music by Jessie Leigh, and we handed out 200 tickets to the Boise Music Festival on June 25!

In addition to all the free groceries, everyone who joined us had lunch on Eckrich Meats. Huge thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate those who sacrifice for us and serve this great country!
