This sushi bar is set to open in downtown Boise, but they have one problem...no sushi!

Willowcreek Grill and Raw Sushi is set to open on Monday at 205 N. 10th St. downtown, but the owner says he isn't ready to serve any sushi.

According to the Idaho Statesman they will not be serving sushi until the end of April. A sushi bar without sushi, that's a little weird to me. It's like Taco Bell without the beans!

The restaurant will offer $6.99 grab and go lunches that give you options of salads, sandwiches, and wraps.

You may need to be patient with the sushi, but once it's up and running they will offer a sushi chef that will be creating unique rolls from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday and in the meantime you can score yummy burgers, seafood, steak, sandwiches and pitas.
