Boise Man Goes Down For Rape & Attempted Strangulation

• RAPE
• ATTEMPTED STRANGULATION
• AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
• DEADLY WEAPON ENHANCEMENT

The BPD isn't giving us much on this because they're trying their best to protect the identity of those that have been victimized.  We do know that this was some type of a domestic violence case but that could mean a lot of different things.

KTVB reported that the incident "allegedly" took place on April 2, 2018.  It's taken the authorities almost a year to take in all the evidence and properly be prepared for their case against Fulton.  Fulton was arrested and booked into the Ada County Jail on Tuesday night.  No word yet on when he'll have his first court date.
