Another Boise Woman Victim in I-84 Rollover Crash

She was wearing her seat belt, still ejected and died at the scene.

25-year-old Samuel Taylor was driving a Dodge Neon westbound on I-84 in the Malta area near mile marker 244 this morning around 10:55 when he ran into the median, over corrected and flipped the vehicle.  His passenger, 29-year-old Megan Erickson of Boise, Idaho was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene.

Taylor was immediately transported to Portneuf Medical Center in Pocatello where his condition is unknown.

Westbound lanes of I-84 were blocked off for about 3 hours.  The Cassia County Sheriff's Department and Idaho State Police were on the scene quickly and have notified the families.  Our thoughts go out to those who've lost this young woman.
