9/11 Hero’s Father to Speak in Meridian

The father of Flight 93 hero, Todd Beamer will speak in Meridian tomorrow, on the 15th anniversary of 9/11.

The phrase "Let's Roll" has become a symbol of the heroism displayed on September 11, 2001.

15 years ago tomorrow, a young man named Todd Beamer uttered those words before attacking the hijackers and taking over United Flight 93, which later crashed in a Pennsylvania field.

Tomorrow, Todd's father, David Beamer will speak at Ten Mile Christian Church in Meridian. The church is located at 3500 Franklin Road and offers several different service times.
