If you have any information that could lead authorities to whoever killed a grizzly bear in Eastern Idaho, it could mean to $6000 in your pocket.

Officials with the Idaho Department of Fish and Game and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service say that the bear was killed some time around October 21.  They also say the bear was killed in the Caribou-Targhee National Forest in Fremont County.

Due to federal protection under the Endangered Species Act, it is illegal to kill grizzlies.
