16-Year-Old Girl Found Safe and Sound

The Amber Alert has been called off and 16-year-old Sandy Moore is safe.

The F.B.I. thought her and her abductor were headed for Boise or Billings but they turned up in Casper, Wyoming.  Thank you to everyone who kept an eye out and the effectiveness of the Amber Alert system along with our law enforcement for making quick work of this.

60-year-old Rodney Zahn has been arrested and is in custody.  It seems that Moore has not been harmed and investigators are currently sifting through evidence and putting together a case.
