Sooooooo...where were all the snow plows this morning? I saw one on my two hour (YES, TWO HOUR) commute from Nampa to Boise this morning on I-84. BUT, it was going Westbound!! I mean, don't get me wrong I really appreciate it when ACHD has their snowplows on the roads when we get heavy snowfall, but the majority of the traffic in the Treasure Valley happens on the Eastbound lanes heading into Boise. So, I'm just really confused. In fact, when I finally made it to the studio, I asked a couple people if they saw any in their neck of the woods. NOTHING. So where the heck are they?

I figured (and this is just my opinion) after the crazy Snowpocalypse winter we had last year, we'd be a little bit more prepared for the first big snowfall in the valley. Um, doesn't seem like it. According to KTVB, there were about 80 wrecks, 20 slide-offs, and 30 stalled cars by 10:30 a.m. while the snow accumulated to about 4 inches.

So, I don't know what's going on..but I think these plows need to start showing up today, or there are gonna be some ticked off people :) In the meantime drive super safe!!!
