About 200 federally-protected adult steelhead have been found dead in the North Fork of the Clearwater River.  So what's going on?

Apparently these fish have been getting injured at a Dworkshak Dam turbine.  The dead steelhead have been found just below the dam this past week and engineers from the U.S. Army Corps say investigations indicate that some of the new equipment installed at the dam have allowed fish to swim up a tube and into the turbine.  Experts are working on the problem.
