What To Do About A Dog That Chews EVERYTHING?!

My dog won't stop chewing!....HELP!

My black lab puppy Galena is about 7 months old, and lately has been chewing up everything, and I can NOT get her to stop chewing things up.  She has a lot of bones and other toys to chew on but they don't seem to keep her happy. She has destroyed boots, garden hoses, siding on my house, wood on my patio, planter boxes, parts of my sprinkler system, and even a kiddie pool!! I know that she's just a puppy, and she'll eventually grow out of it, but a lot of the things she chews is costing me a lot of money to fix. I tried using the bitter spray, but she got a hold of the bottle, chewed it to pieces, and drank it..... I try to keep everything picked up but when I'm at work she always finds something to destroy. Please tell me what you have done to stop your dog from chewing things up? It's driving me CRAZY!
