What Do You Miss About the Military?

I love our men and women in uniform.

I say a little prayer every morning for those of you who serve our country.  Some of my favorite shows over the years have been when Alana and I broadcast from Mountain Home AFB.  I met a woman yesterday who was in the Army for 10 years. She says one of the things she misses the most is seeing names on the uniforms. She said in civilian life she wishes people wore name tags so she could address people by their names like she did in the service.

What's something you miss from your days in the military? Or maybe something that you had a hard time adjusting to returning to civilian life that might surprise people who never served?
