How would you like to show off your skills to help the overpopulation of Bison?

According to the Idaho Statesman, The National Park Service is looking for volunteers "who are physically fit and proficient with a gun to kill" bison in the Grand Canyon that "increasingly are damaging park resources."

They're still ironing out the details but basically you would be put into a pool, and a lottery system will select those who would bring the population down to no more than 200 bison within the next three to five years.

Some of these volunteer hunter models require you to be "capable of hiking 8 miles a day, carrying a 60-pound pack, and hitting a paper plate 200 yards away five times."
