This Thanksgiving will mark my 5th year hosting the amazing Shu's Idaho Running Co.'s "Turkey Day Boise 5K". It's one of my absolute favorite events of the entire year. Not only do we get to see thousands of people from around the Treasure Valley get together on a beautiful Fall morning and work up an appetite for the feasting ahead, you also get to help those in need through the Boise Rescue Mission.
