I'm officially a fiancé, and it's all sunshine and rainbows, right?

Well, mostly.

In all seriousness, it's amazing being engaged. On a lazy Sunday, I asked my girlfriend Jenni if she'd let me marry her, and she said yes! Just like I told you from day one. I'm so in love with her and I can't wait to be her husband some day.

Everyone reaching out with well wishes is great, but holy crap my body was not ready. Text messages. Facebook messages. Phone calls. Instagram comments. Twitter DM's. I love all the love we're receiving, but I need a vacation just to recover from notification burnout.

I don't know. We don't know. Like, we've been engaged literally twelve seconds and you think we have the rest of our lives planned out? Can't I at least get a shot first before we figure all that crap out?

I really should've just held a conference or something. I've had to tell the story at least 68,965 times, and every time it seems to take longer and longer. I asked, she said yes, ugly cry, the end. It was amazing.

Oh. One more thing. Baby Jesus cries every time a co-worker or friend says "I didn't even know you had a girlfriend!" We're not friends. Bye, Felicia.
