Three vehicles were involved in a crash this morning around 7:30 on I-84 in Nampa that sent one vehicle tumbling over and at least one person to the hospital.  KTVB reports the accident took place on the eastbound side of the interstate, just past the Karcher Road exit.

Idaho State Police do not know the cause of the accident at this time.  They did say that one of the vehicles involved was a Saint Alphonsus car which had a woman driving who was hurt and treated at the Saint Alphonsus in Nampa.  She's o.k. and has been released from the hospital.

Traffic was affected on both the eastbound and westbound sides of I-84.  The fast lanes on both sides were shut down for over an hour causing major slowing and delays.  All lanes are now open and traffic is back to normal.
