Have you ever done a big road trip where it feels like the same road just goes on and on and on? The longest highway in the country is not part of the major interstate system. It still runs through 12 states, including Idaho.

About three weeks ago I shared another study from FleetLogging that had Boise's rush hour traffic the worst in the US, based off their criteria. As someone who lived in Portland Oregon for years, where for me an hour and a half commute each way wasn't abnormal, I was skeptical. However this new study is worse than just taking the longest to get anywhere. It is about the chances you will actually get to where you are going.
This led me to wonder though if individuals especially here in Idaho still use the good 'ol flashing the headlights as warning and most of all if it is still legal and under what conditions in the gem state.
