Need to connect with nature a bit? Or at least escape the day to day grind? Check out these Boise area hikes, some are quick if you only have an hour or two and some are half day journeys.
Well, it would appear that Winter in Idaho isn’t quite over yet. Earlier in the month I was posting about Idaho’s beautiful weather, lakes, golf courses, National Forests, Spring cleaning, and the best Spring hiking trails in the Boise area — but some of those plans might be on hold for now — unless you like being in the wet and cold.
It is a light green weed that produces small yellow flowers in the early spring. It is actually kind of pretty and probably something I would think was a native plant or flower. Glad I know better now because this weed is dangerous! The leaves greenish-grey and are thick, fleshy and waxy to the touch.
Summer is wrapping up, but there's still plenty of time to go hiking. All of these hikes are Easy and give you breathtaking views of our incredible state!
Table Rock just opened back up for hikers. So what does it look like now that 2,500 acres have burned to the ground. Rick and Carly take you through the entire hike from top to bottom.
One of the all time greatest moments, we as a morning show, have had in radio. Helping these incredible people who do not have the use of their legs, hike to the top of Table Rock. Impossible means nothing to these guys!
