Wow are we in for some great Country shows this year Treasure Valley! Cole Swindell, Randy Houser, Eric Church, Ryan Hurd, Justin Moore, The Avett Brothers, Kenny Chesney, Chris Stapleton, Morgan Wallen and Thomas Rhett have all been announced! So let's get to it - giddy up and yee-haw y'all! It's time to have some serious fun!

So many restaurants, both chains and small local eateries had substantial financial trouble from the pandemic. A ton of local Boise and Treasure Valley favorites were forced to shut their doors forever. While it was a very sad time for many restaurants, some still were able to thrive against all odds. Texas Roadhouse is one that actually grew over the last year.

I am crazy excited that concerts are coming back in general but this one has me ecstatic. The tour title is so fitting for everything the world has been going through and how everyone is feeling. Eric Church and The Gather Again Tour is sure to be talked about for years to come.

Major Country stars are involved in this fundraising venture called "All Together for Animals" to help keep zoos going. Be a part of this massively fun and special virtual concert event. One of my favorite country artists of all time Brad Paisley will be headlining with Old Dominion, Ashley McBryde, Wynonna Judd, Riley Green, Jessie James Decker, Shy Carter, and more.

Idaho soared in Economy (3rd place) Fiscal Stability (4th place). Idaho scored 10th for both infrastructure and crime and corrections categories. 12th place for natural environment (clearly they have not explored enough here.) ...

As the weather is warming up my sweet tooth is turning to craving something chilly and creamy. So where is the best ice cream spot in Boise and beyond? I turned to Google and Yelp to see what locals had to say and here is the ranking from 1st to 5th.

My desert born body is more than ready to be done with all of the Treasure Valley's phases of winter and spring, and second winter and second spring... to just kidding a little more winter to AH.... Finally some tolerable sunshine days!

The closest thing I can equate this to is getting in trouble as a teenager from my parents. Then thanking them later for helping to teach me a lesson. I may not have been mature enough at the time, or even right after to thank them but eventually I showed my gratitude for the life long lessons.
