The Ada County Sheriff's Office called off the Amber Alert after the 39-year-old mother, Marisol Garza and her son 1 and a half year old Legend were found in Draper, Utah. The mom is now in custody and the child is doing well, the sheriff says.

The Boise baby's name is Legend Garza-Cota, aged one-and-a-half, he was last seen in Boise on Tuesday. His mother is 39-year-old Marisol Garza. She drives a 2006 silver Nissan Altima with license plates 2C-VC722 and has connections in Boise, Twin Falls, and Jerome.

36-year-old Sarah Joy Dunn skipped town with her boyfriend and three kids last June.  She's now pleaded guilty to felony custodial interference charges.

Local authorities and police have determined the van found at a Mountain Home restaurant is not the van connected to the Tennessee kidnapping.
