A man was found dead inside a burning car in Nampa early Sunday morning and now police are calling that death suspicious.

KTVB reports that it happened just after 3:30am on May 1st; police and fire crews arrived at an apartment complex at the corner of Victory Road and Sugar Ave. in Nampa after reports of a car on fire.

After putting out the flames, a mans body was discovered in the passenger seat of the Volvo sedan.

Neighbors say they heard loud bangs before the car went up in flames and police want to speak with two people who were at the scene when firefighters arrived.

An autopsy on the body is scheduled for Monday and the body is still waiting to be identified.
