Several Inches of Snow Headed Our Way

We thought we had gotten through winter unscathed, but get out those shovels and snowblowers because a lot more snow is headed our way.

According to weather reports, we'll wake up to snow again on Saturday morning and it's supposed to snow at least a couple of inches throughout the day.

That won't be the ended of it. More snow is expected for Sunday and the middle of next week. One positive is that with high's in the 30's the white stuff should melt off fairly quickly.

Another positive is that the mountains are getting packed, so we'll finally have some decent skiing and snowboarding at Bogus Basin. That's been my one frustrations with our mild winter. My ex-husband bought himself and our son ski passes and there has hardly been enough snow to go. Looks like we'll be getting our money's worth though as long as they take advantage of the snow over the next few weeks.

Bogus is expected to get 9-12 inches of snow over the weekend.

Also be aware that it is supposed to snow Sunday into Monday which could make for another messy commute.

Looks like winter is not over yet!
