These trees are in danger of falling and need to be removed ASAP!

Boise Parks and Recreation has decided to close nine sections of the Boise Greenbelt while they remove trees that are at risk of falling on the path.

According to KTVB, the closed sections are on the northside of the river between 9th St. Tunnel to the Pioneer Bridge in Ann Morrison Park.

With the crazy river levels, the soil is eroding making these trees unstable. During removal, pedestrians and cyclists will be detoured at 9th St. Bridge to the southside of the Greenbelt.
