Rollover Crash Kills One On I-84

25-year-old Jesse Carlson lost control of his pickup truck while driving near the Stage Stop just east of Boise on I-84 and the end result was tragic.  The accident happened Friday afternoon around 3:25 p.m. and witnesses say they've never seen anything like it.  The truck flipped, rolled, crunched and crashed finally landing in a field nearby.  The KTVB report says that Carlson was NOT wearing a seatbelt and was ejected during the crash.

Traffic was backed up around milepost 70 for a few hours but everything's clear and cleaned up now.  As far as we know, no other vehicles were involved in the accident.  The Idaho State Police are currently investigating.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of Jesse Carlson.
