Ever wanted to quit your job and go live somewhere else? Here are some places that are so cheap to live you may be able to do just that!

I think we've all been there. We've all seen shows like "International House Hunters" or "Beach Life" or "Caribbean Life", "Island Life" and others on networks like HGTV, The Travel Channel or Discovery.

I think we've all thought about taking that step at one time or another. Telling the boss you're done, throwing caution into the wind, and packing all of your things to give it a shot elsewhere.

Forbes has a list of 8 places around the globe where the cost of living is actually pretty affordable.  Here are three of them:

8. Kota Kinabalu, Malaysian Borneo: This is supposed to be a really laid back place and said to be one of the best places to live in Asia. Average monthly cost per person: $850.00

7. Granada, Nicaragua: A lot of travel experts think this is a hidden gem. They all say it's like Costa Rica without the cost of Costa Rica. Average monthly cost per person: $1,225.00

6. Barcelona, Spain: Now you're talkin' to me! Barcelona looks like a real cool city. Never been there, but I know my great, great, grandfather came from Spain. Rumor has it he left for the new world (America) because he "had to" leave Spain. Not sure what Gramps did, but now I want to go see his homeland! Average monthly cost per person: $1600.00

There are five more great places to see and possibly live. All eight of the places Forbes listed make you think about packing it up and moving! Maybe at the very least a vacation is in order to check them out? Hmmmmm....
