More than 82,000 Americans are still missing in action after being sent off to World War II.  For those that came home, life would never be the same.

In observance of National POW/MIA Recognition Day, Boise held a ceremony to help raise awareness about how many Americans are still missing and hopefully find a way to bring some of them home.

The ceremony started with a prayer, a moment of silence, and there was a table set out with items symbolizing all that POWs and our missing men and women in action go through.

We here at WOW 104.3 respectfully thank and honor all of these men, women, and their families for their sacrifice!
