He was seen filling up glass bottles with gasoline from a Pocatello gas station multiple times early Wednesday but it's what he did with those bottles that has him in big trouble.

29-year-old Christopher Griffin is in the custody of Pocatello Police after throwing Molotov cocktail fire bombs at the Bannock County courthouse.  The first explosive was thrown on Wednesday.  Authorities didn't catch Griffin until he was believed to be on his way to the courthouse to throw more.  He was caught with the fire bombs in his possession.

Multiple witnesses reported Griffin filling up glass bottles full of gasoline at a gas station before the bomb was thrown.

The bomb he threw landed on the sidewalk.  No one was hurt.
