Boise Police Chief Bill Barnes addressed the condition of his two officers shot in the line of duty.  One good, and one not so good.

Special Operations Unit Cpl. Chris Davis was released from the hospital on Saturday.  He received a police escort home and is expected to make a quick recovery.  Davis was shot once while apprehending a suspect on the Boise Bench.

The second officer's name is not being released.  He's a 17-year veteran and has been a member of the SWAT type unit here in Boise for many years.  He was shot multiple times and faces a long recovery.  He is in stable condition.  A GoFundMe page has been set up in his honor to help with medical costs.
