New Stores Coming to the Treasure Valley

The Treasure Valley is booming and that means more new businesses are popping up around town. Here's what's headed our way!

According to KTVB 26,000 people moved to the Treasure Valley last year alone. I'm afraid our little hidden gem has been discovered!

More people means we need more places to shop and 3 women here in town are dedicated to bringing in new business.

The big questions the trio gets asked are when is IKEA coming to town and when are we getting an In-n-Out Burger?

The women told the Idaho Statesman that they have the perfect spot to bring in IKEA, but population is still the problem. IKEA won't go anywhere with a population less than a million people, and right now we sit at about 680,000.

Negotiations with In-n-Out Burger have been different. The women say the barriers are distribution driven. Personally I heard a rumor that one of the family members that own In-n-Out has to live in the area to oversee things and unfortunately we don't have someone in their family tree living in the Treasure Valley yet.

Before you get disappointed though, Kuna is expected to get some cool new options.
