New Rice and Bean Bowl Restaurant to Open in Boise

Mmmmm, we love our food here in the Treasure Valley and this new restaurant looks so good!

It's called Cafe Yumm and it does look really yummy. They feature rice and bean bowls in various combinations that cater to a variety of taste buds and diets. For example you choose a rice, what beans you want, a yum sauce, salsa, and a variety of toppings.

The one that looks the yummiest to me is the Hot 'N Jazzy bowl. Jasmine rice, red beans, jalapeno sesame salsa, original Yumm Sauce, cheese, tomatoes, avocados, sour cream, black olives, and cilantro!

They also have a variety of sandwiches, wraps, soups, and salads!

According to boisedev.com the closest locations are in Western Oregon and Western Washington.

I love having healthy "fast food" options here in the Treasure Valley and I love that these bowls are totally customizable.

No word yet on the locations or opening dates yet, but Yumm Cafe is set to open three different location in and around the Boise area!
