Fishing may not be top of mind right now but, it won't be long and we'll all be back out there, relaxing, catching some rays, doing our thing.  Here's some new laws you may want to know about before heading out...

The Idaho Fish and Game Commission just approved these...

The statewide daily possession limit will be three times what it used to be.  Heck yeah!  That means more fish!!  I don't have to worry about that much because I never catch anything, but it seems like everyone around me does.  So I'm happy for them.  :)

In the southeast region the minimum size of bass that can be caught will go from 12 inches to 14.  Again, I wish this was an issue for me.  Not so much.

Kokanee Creek will be closed to fishing so if you're used to going there, you'll have to find a new hole.

All new rules take effect on January 1st, 2016.  See ya out there!
