New Boise Restaurant Opens in Grove Hotel Lobby
Being the foodie city that we are, a new restaurant is always welcome! This one's going to make for a great date night!
It's located where Emilio's used to be in the lobby of the Grove Hotel in downtown Boise.
Focusing on local, this fine-dining restaurant, Trillium, features Gaston's Bakery, Ballard Family Dairy, and Cloverleaf Creamery.
On the menu, you'll find Huckleberry Shortribs, Bison Meatloaf, and house-smoked Steelhead Salmon.
Executive Chef, Chris Hain says that everything is made from scratch and sourced regionally.
Most menu items are $25 and up, but they do have a good selection of burgers and sandwiches in the $15 range according to boisedev.com.
Trillium is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus they offer a full bar. Now we're talkin'!
They also offer private dining for the ultimate romantic night on the town.
