New Asian Restaurant Coming to Boise

I cannot wait to check out Idaho Asian Plaza, and this new restaurant makes me even more excited!

If you haven't already heard the news, Boise's Library Plaza off of Cole and Ustick is being transformed into an Asian themed shopping area.

The latest announcement is Peiking Tokyo Asian Bistro, which will settle into the old Boise Barber College location according to boisedev.com. From the research I did the restaurant does not appear to be a chain, but no specifics have been released regarding the menu.

A $120,000 buildout will provide the restaurant with seating for 86 and will add to the kitchen space.

The Idaho Capital Asian Supermarket is set to open in September. Additional retailers are expected to be announced very soon.
