National Anthem Auditions

Come one, come all! Boise Hawks National Anthem auditions. 

I have very vivid memories of attending Boise Hawks games when I was young, the dip n dots, the chicken, fireworks, occasional summer storm that would roll through. I even had a baseball signed by the players one season (I was so cool). Last year I attended a game and as I looked through the roster I realized I was now older than ALL the Hawks players, ouch. That was a harsh reality (ha).

The Boise Hawks will always hold a special place in my heart!

How fun would it be for your family and friends to watch you sing the National Anthem? Auditions for this years season is coming up!

According to BoiseHawks.com,

"The Boise Hawks, Short Season Class A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies, will hold their 2017 National Anthem Auditions on Wednesday, June 7th at Memorial Stadium, from 5 PM to 7 PM. All interested performers should register on the 7th on the Memorial Stadium concourse at 4:30 PM.

Auditions will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. All National Anthem auditions will be performed a capella. Instruments will be permitted, but only those that do not require electricity. Singers can apply individually or as a group.

“Every year, we look forward to hearing some of the top singers in the Treasure Valley,” said Boise Hawks General Manager Bob Flannery. “Nothing compares to a great National Anthem performance before our games.”
