Nampa’s FREE Pool Weekend

The sun is out, it's getting hot and Nampa Parks and Recreation is holding their 4th annual Summer Splashtacular which means you and your kids get to swim... for FREE!

You get over 3 hours of free swimming at Lakeview Waterpark and Lincoln Pool on Saturday from 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m.

Lakeview is on 7th Street North in Nampa and it's really cool because it has a beach entry and an island which you can just kick back and relax on.  Perfect place to start working on that summer tan.  They also have water toys that spray which is always fun for the kids.  The big water slide they have takes a little guts to go down but once you try it, you'll be on board to go over and over again.

The Lincoln Pool is right there inside Lion's Park.  You better be ready to get wet if you're hanging out here.  Constant water spraying going on with different gizmos and toys that kids are totally in to.  You get diving boards at this pool too which is a little bonus for the older kids and, mom and dad if they're feeling a little crazy.

The Summer Splashtacular also has games and prizes so remember, it's from 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. and it's tomorrow.  Now lets go get wet!
