A father of three; he fought for our country in Iraq, and while all he was trying to do was help a man out of the snow he was run over!! On purpose or a terrible accident?! What do you think?!

33 year old Benjamin Felty of Nampa was more than happy to help 50 year old Roger Faull get his truck out of his snow covered driveway on Sunday.

Benjamin's truck became stuck in the snow while he was trying to help Roger, so he called his wife who brought another truck over and luckily they were able to pull both of the trucks out of the snow.

As Ben tried to unhook a tow strap from the front of Rogers truck, Roger RAN HIM OVER!!

People on the scene were screaming at Roger that he had just run over Ben, but he didn't listen and continued to drive away like nothing had happened!

Ben is now in critical condition at St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise.

According to KTVB, officers went to Roger Faull's house and couldn't get anyone to answer. They finally searched the house, found Roger in a back bedroom, and he's been booked into the Canyon County Jail on a felony charge of leaving the scene of an injury accident.
