A Nampa couple just found a woman and her children living in the home they had placed for sale and the Nampa police say there is nothing they can do about it!

Renea and Brian Prindle moved out of their home in Nampa back in December, so they were shocked when they went to check up on things and found a woman and her children living in their house!

When they pulled up to the house, a car was in the drive way, sheets were over the windows, and kids were running in and out of the front door! They also found that the locks had been changed and the woman says she has a rental agreement!

Turns out she says the rental agreement comes from a man whose address ended up being a homeless shelter in Portland, Oregon!

The Prindle's took the matter to the Nampa police where they were shocked to discover that the cops won't investigate because they say its a civil matter, not a criminal matter.

The couple told the woman and her kids that they had to be out of the home by last Sunday at 6pm, but police say the woman has the right to break a window to get back in if she wants to!

The two parties are taking the matter up in court today. You can read more about the story HERE.
